Alums and Friends of GW have a number of ways you can support the organization:

We have used donations in the past to help fund the following items:

  • Computer, cart and projector for online classroom teaching
  • Furnture and supplies for the classroom
  • Renovations of the teacher’s lounge
  • Sound system for the auditorium
  • Speech and Debate Club

The organization is currently focused on (insert current donation project here) but are happy to direct funds wherever requested, as long as it benefits the school or its students.

Alum and Friends of GW is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

What is ShopWithScrip?

Scrip is a term that means substitute money. When you purchase scrip, you are purchasing negotiable gift certificates and prepaid cards that are used just like cash. You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn revenue for Alums & Friends of GW. It can also be used to buy office supplies for your business. If you buy a $25 gift card, you receive a $25 gift card. The merchant pays Alums & Friends of GW a percentage of the sale.

Orders will be placed on the 15th and end of each month except for the 15th of
July and in December when orders will be placed on the 7th.  Payment must be
recieved prior to an order being placed.  Please include your name, address,
email address and phone number with your check so delivery of your order may
be coordinated.  Gift cards take seven to ten days to be processed and delivered
after the order is placed.
